Darbie Pfeiffer has been a friend for years. When she found out I was looking for a new place to rent, she asked if I had considered buying. I told her I had not saved enough money to do so at this time. She asked me to meet her at the Copper Creek Townhomes and both Nancy and Darbie encouraged me to see if I qualified for a loan. Once seeing the location and understanding the process, I was able to see the advantage of buying. Darbie helped me to see my dream and achieve my dream. I thank her for knowing me enough to push me in the right direction. When we went to the walk through, before the closing, Darbie could see that I was discontent about the patio floor. It had been painted, but painted over unlevel. It appeared that the spackling had hardened onto the cement floor and instead of scraping the spackling off, they just painted over it. Darbie was my voice and they repaired the problem. She also saw some imperfections that I would have missed if she had not been there. Darbie and I have worked together in the past in a different field. Seeing Darbie Pfeiffer as a realtor was truly fascinating, because I could see her in a different roll. She will thrive as a realtor, because she has the right personality to serve the public. I am excited for her in her new found profession.
